I just attend last few weeks to the special offer that Sayed two experts from japan will attend to make inspections for any mazda car and the distbuter will give us special price for service and spare parts i have CX-9 2015 and i attend on 12/11/2017 after the inspection they said they will call me after one week and they will give me the report but I didn’t receive any call and I went there they refused to give me the report and keep menabulate all the time , now we have group in telgram for CX-9 owners o ask the people there if any one have this report all of them said not and everyone one of them have bad experience with the service department in mazda from day one we fell they are careless and they didn’t do the service as the manufacturer recommendations I argue you to be serious with them and try to reflect the real image for mazda

The front object detection system does not work well on 2015 Mazda 3 4 door sedan so I had to sell it and buy a different brand car I will not buy Mazda again


I own mazda 3 2015, and I have several problems on the steering and suspension system, also the gearbox is jerking in slow speed "below 20 km/h" or on traffic.

I went to the service department several times without solution, they said it is normal, I face this issues many times, lastly they agreed that the control arms bushing was damaged, they replaced it but it seems they don't do it properly, the car is not driving will, it is too harshy now.

I tired and waste my time with the dealership without noticeable benefit.


I have 2014 that has an issue with the front object warning system, I went to fix it under warranty but the dealer refused to fix it saying that the warranty has expired although that I only had less than 1000 km above warrant limit because I live in an area where there are no dealership and had to travel for 6 hours to reach to the nearest dealer workshop , he also, did not even give me any deal on the parts given that it just passed its warranty limit by a few km to gain loyalty of his customers.


You are absolutely right. In my case Ive been waiting for my CX9 for more than 7 months now and all the excuses Im hearing from the dealer are silly


I own CX9 2015 and totally agree on the poor service of the delar comparison ng to other dealers. Even the size of the workshop and the availability of service centers is very limited. Prices of parts are higher than competitors who offer the same parts for certain parts such as Ford Edge
